Meld

Pinochle scorekeeping, done properly

It does the difficult arithmetic — meld combinations, counters, set penalties — so you can play the hand. Built for a real card table: numbers large enough to read from the other side of it.

What it does
Partnership and cutthroat
Scores both, with the bidding and the passing handled the way each is actually played.
Meld, including the awkward bits
It works out the run-and-marriage rule for you, so nobody has to argue about whether the queen counts twice.
Counters, trick by trick
Tap them in as they come. The app keeps a running count and shows how many are still out there.
Sets and concessions
Penalties are applied to the right side automatically, whether the hand was played out or given up.
A word about the dix
If a dix has been missed before the trump is settled, the app says so before the score is recorded.
Your house rules
Meld values, the game total and the bidding floor all adjust to the way your table has always done it.

Everyone follows the score on their own phone

One person keeps the score. Everyone else types in a four-digit code and watches the same board update as the hand goes along. No accounts, no sign-ups.

Players can enter their own meld from their seat, which saves the scorekeeper calling around the table asking what everyone has.
